Live tracking & ACARS
Every aircraft on one map, updating as your pilots fly. Position pings live in memory and are summarised on shutdown, so a 90-minute flight writes one row — not five thousand.
Your pilots bid a flight, fly it in their sim, and land. AeroVMS validates the flight, scores it out of 100, pays the pilot and books the profit — before they've finished the shutdown checklist.

Air traffic control works a bay of paper strips, one per aircraft, advanced by hand as each flight moves through its phases. This is the same bay, running itself — which is roughly the point.
Early access
AeroVMS is new, and we would rather say so than borrow someone else's numbers. What founding airlines get instead: the launch price locked for as long as they stay, migration handled with them rather than at them, and a direct line to the people building it.
A pilot takes a flight, flies it, and lands. Everything between the shutdown checklist and the money in the airline's account happens on its own.
Pick from the published schedule, hold it on your bid list for 48 hours, fly a tour leg, or file a charter.
Load the SimBrief OFP — fuel, payload, cost index — confirm the tail and the callsign.
MSFS, X-Plane 12, P3D or FSX with AeroCARS or smartCARS 3 running. Position streams at 1 Hz.
The whole airline sees the flight on the live map. Pings stay in memory — they never bloat your database.
Route, aircraft, block time and anomalies are checked automatically. Clean flights pass; anything odd is held for review.
A 0–100 flight score, hours to the logbook, pay to the pilot, and the P&L line to the airline's books.
Landing rate, route adherence and professionalism, weighted and scored the moment the engines are cut. Clean flights are accepted automatically. Anything odd is held for a human — never silently rejected.
On the Airline tier every weight, band and penalty above is yours to change.

Everything a virtual airline needs to run, built once and gated by tier — not sold as eight separate products.
Every aircraft on one map, updating as your pilots fly. Position pings live in memory and are summarised on shutdown, so a 90-minute flight writes one row — not five thousand.
Filed on engine shutdown, checked against the assignment, and scored out of 100 before the pilot leaves the cockpit. Clean flights never touch a staff member.
Build the route network by hand or import real-world schedules, then let pilots hold flights on a bid list instead of racing each other for the good ones.
Hours, ranks, pay and aircraft unlocks tracked automatically. A pilot always knows how far they are from the left seat of the 777.
Every flight books a real profit or loss. Fares, fuel, leases, landing fees and maintenance reserves come out of an airline balance you have to keep in the black.
Multi-leg tours, scheduled fly-ins with registration and gate lists, group flights your pilots can see each other on, and awards that grant themselves.
Roster, fleet, routes, review queue, economy and configuration in one console, with granular staff roles so your events lead can't reprice the fleet.
A documented REST API and webhooks for everything, plus a one-click export of the whole airline. Nothing here is a hostage.

Fares, load factors, fuel, crew, leases, landing fees and maintenance reserves all come out of an airline balance you have to keep in the black. A half-empty long-haul on expensive fuel loses money — which is the entire point.
No server to patch, no plugin to fight, and no version of this where your community's history is held hostage.
Every airline gets its own isolated Postgres database — not a shared table with a tenant column. Your data has no neighbours.
Served from Cloudflare's network, so the crew centre loads the same whether your pilots fly from Seattle, São Paulo or Singapore.
One-click import from phpVMS on the way in, and a full export of everything on the way out. On every tier, including the free one.
Anything not on this list can be wired up through the API and webhooks on the Airline tier.
Moving off phpVMS shouldn't cost your veterans their seniority. Import the roster, hours, ranks and history so the pilot who has flown 1,200 hours for you still has flown 1,200 hours on Monday.
